Crispy Fried Fish Skin

We love to eat crispy food, especially salmon skin, and usually it involves in frying the food with lots of oil and it's quite unhealthy. I have tried using the oven to bake the salmon skin before. However, it turned out that the salmon skin became soggy and soaked with it's own omega 3 oil!

Fret no more! We have found an easy way to make this and we managed to make it crispy in less than 20 minutes. All of us love this dish so much and it's hassle free!


Crispy Fried Salmon Skin


Ingredients
Salmon Skin
Salt

Steps
1. Wash the salmon fish skin.
2. Dry them with kitchen towel.
3. Season with some salt.
4. Use Philips Air Fryer, set 160C for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally to make sure the skin is evenly cooked. 
5. Set 200C for 10 minutes to make the skin crispy!
6. Serve.

Notes
1. Do not coat the salmon skin with oil as the skin excretes lots of oil during air frying.
2. Place aluminum foil below the air fryer to collect the oil, and for easy washing.
3. How to get salmon skin? An easy way is to go to the wet market, ask the fish monger for salmon fish skin and they can prepare it for you.
