Air Frying the chicken wings.

Notes
1. We didn't add cooking oil in this recipe, meaning it's a healthier way of cooking the chicken wings.
2. It's so much easier compared to conventional cooking! And we are just so amazed with the finished product.
3. We used a piece of aluminum foil at the bottom of the Air Fryer, so as to have easy washing after cooking.

Tom Yam Chicken Wings

End product:  Marinated chicken
Honestly, we went to Krabi, Thailand recently in mid January 2013 and we have the liking of tom yam. Hence, we have decided to try tom yam chicken wings. They are so easy to make.

Preparation (for 4 people)
----------------------------------
A: 10 chicken wings

B: Marinating sauce
4 stalks of lemon grass (only use the white portion)
6 kaffir lime leaves (finely cut)
4 tbsp of tom yam paste
2 tbsp of light soy sauce
2 tbsp of cooking oil

Above: Kaffir lime leaves that I bought from wet market.
Below: Bottom part of Lemon grass. They are more fragrant and juicier.

Steps
--------
1. Grind the ingredients under B and marinate on the chicken wings for 20 minutes.
2. Preheat oven for 10 minutes 210 C.
3. Place the marinated chicken wings under 210 C for 40 minutes.
4. Serve and you have a delicious meal of tom yam chicken wings.

My mixing of the ingredients before grinding them.

Before and after of the chicken wings. Ain't the colour look good?

Notes
--------
Honestly, after we tried this, we find that it will be even tastier if we added chilli padi into the blend. Hence, if you want to have spicier wings, try some chilli padi. It will taste so much better! Feel free to give me comments!
